Playio Community Operating Policy

Article 1. Purpose and Scope

1.
This Community Operating Policy (the "Policy") sets forth the detailed terms governing the use and operation of the Playio Community service (the "Community") provided by GNA Company Inc. (the "Company").
2.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Playio Terms of Use (the "Terms") and shall be applied together with the Terms. Matters not expressly provided for in this Policy shall be governed by the Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
3.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms with respect to the Community, this Policy shall prevail.
4.
Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.
5.
This Policy applies only to Boards created and operated by Members and does not apply to Boards created and operated by the Company.

Article 2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
1.
"Board" means a space within the Community where Members can create and share Posts on a specific topic. Depending on who creates and operates it, a Board may be either a Company-operated Board or a Member-operated Board.
2.
"Community Manager" (the "Manager") means a Member who has been granted authority by the Company to operate and manage a Board.
3.
"Sub-Manager" means a Member appointed by a Manager to assist with the operation and management of a Board.
4.
"Post" means any content created by a Member within a Board, including posts, comments, replies, images, and any other content made available through the Community.
5.
"Virtual Goods" means Gems, Hearts, Coins, and Stars as defined in the Terms.
6.
"Board Member" means a Member who has joined and uses a specific Board.
7.
"Regular Member" means a Board Member who is neither a Manager nor a Sub-Manager.

Article 3. Creating a Board

1.
Any Member may create a Board within the Community. The Member who creates a Board shall become its initial Community Manager (the "Manager").
2.
Creating a Board may require the use of Virtual Goods held by the Member. The type and amount of Virtual Goods required shall be determined by the Company and made available through the Service. Virtual Goods used to create a Board are non-refundable. However, if the Company's review results in the creation request being rejected, the Virtual Goods used for the request will be refunded.
3.
A Board name and Board description must not:
Infringe upon another person's trademark, trade name, or other legal rights;
Impersonate, or be likely to cause confusion with, the Company or any third party;
Defame, insult, or otherwise target a specific individual or group;
Violate applicable laws, the Terms, or this Policy; or
Otherwise be determined by the Company to interfere with the healthy operation of the Community.

Article 4. Public and Private Boards

1.
A Manager may designate the Board under the Manager's responsibility as either of the following:
Public Board: A Board that any Member may freely join.
Private Board: A Board that is visible to all Members but requires approval from a Manager or Sub-Manager before joining.
2.
A Manager or Sub-Manager may approve or reject a Member's request to join a Private Board.

Article 5. Joining and Leaving a Board

1.
Members may freely join Public Boards. A Member may join a Private Board only upon approval by a Manager or Sub-Manager.
2.
A Member may leave a Board at any time. However, if the departing Member is a Manager or Sub-Manager, the succession of the Manager role and other related matters shall be governed by Article 11.
3.
If a Manager determines that a Member has violated applicable laws, the Terms, this Policy, or the Board Rules, or has materially interfered with the operation of the Board, the Manager may remove the Member from the Board or restrict the Member from rejoining.
4.
Any measures taken under Paragraph 3 shall be exercised fairly and in accordance with the Manager's obligations and code of conduct set forth in Article 9. Unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from measures taken by a Manager or Sub-Manager.
5.
A Member whose rights or interests have been infringed by a measure taken under Paragraph 3 may file an objection with the Company in accordance with Article 14.

Article 6. Board Rules

1.
A Manager may establish and amend the rules for the Board under the Manager's responsibility (the "Board Rules"). The Board Rules shall be pinned to the top of the Board for Members' reference.
2.
Board Rules must not violate applicable laws, the Terms, or this Policy. Any Board Rule that conflicts with the foregoing shall be null and void.

Article 7. Manager Qualifications and Selection

1.
Managers shall be selected from among Members who satisfy all of the following requirements:
Have an account in good standing;
Are not subject to any restrictions on the use of the Service or sanctions under this Policy; and
Satisfy any other eligibility requirements established by the Company.
2.
Manager activities are, in principle, voluntary and unpaid. The Company does not provide separate monetary compensation for serving as a Manager.

Article 8. Manager Authority

1.
A Manager may exercise the following authority to ensure the proper operation of the Board under the Manager's responsibility. The authority described below is illustrative only and does not limit the authority granted to a Manager by the Company:
Board settings and management: Designating a Board as Public or Private, establishing and amending the Board Rules, and configuring the Board's appearance and available features.
Post management: Managing content within the Board, including pinning or deleting Posts and Comments.
Member and Sub-Manager management: Approving or rejecting requests to join a Private Board, restricting the use of Members who violate the Terms, this Policy, or the Board Rules, and appointing or removing Sub-Managers.
Role relinquishment and Board closure: Relinquishing the Manager role or applying to close the Board.
2.
The scope of the authority described in Paragraph 1 may be modified in accordance with the Company's policies. Any such changes will be announced through the Service.

Article 9. Manager Obligations and Code of Conduct

1.
A Manager shall operate the Board under the Manager's responsibility fairly and in good faith and shall not engage in any of the following:
Exercising authority in a discriminatory or arbitrary manner, including deleting a Member's Posts or restricting a Member's use of the Board without a reasonable basis;
Abusing the authority granted by the Company to impose unfair disadvantages on Members;
Exercising authority in exchange for requesting or receiving money, Virtual Goods, or any other benefits or advantages from a third party;
Entering into agreements with third parties or acting on behalf of, or representing, the Company or the Board without the Company's prior written consent; or
Representing or implying to any third party that the Manager has authority to act on behalf of the Company.
2.
A Manager shall not provide another Member's personal information or personally identifiable information to any third party, or disclose such information publicly, without the Member's prior consent. The Manager shall be solely responsible for any liability arising from a violation of this Paragraph.
3.
If a Manager becomes aware of any Post or other content within the Board under the Manager's responsibility that clearly violates applicable laws or this Policy, the Manager shall cooperate with the Company in taking appropriate measures, including reporting the content or requesting that it be reviewed.
4.
Paragraphs 1 through 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to Sub-Managers.

Article 10. Sub-Managers

1.
A Manager may appoint a Sub-Manager to assist with the operation and management of the Board. The appointment shall become effective upon the Manager's request and the relevant Member's acceptance. The detailed appointment procedure shall be provided through the Service.
2.
A Sub-Manager may exercise only the following authorities granted to a Manager under Article 8:
Approving requests to join a Private Board;
Pinning Posts; and
Deleting Posts and Comments.
3.
A Sub-Manager shall immediately lose the role if the Manager removes the Sub-Manager or if the Sub-Manager voluntarily relinquishes the role. Upon removal or voluntary relinquishment, the Member shall automatically become a Regular Member. A voluntary relinquishment takes effect immediately upon processing and cannot be withdrawn.

Article 11. Relinquishment and Succession of the Manager Role

1.
In the following circumstances, the Manager role shall be automatically transferred to prevent any disruption to the operation of the Board:
The Manager voluntarily relinquishes the Manager role; or
The Manager ceases to be a Member due to account deletion.
2.
The Manager role referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be transferred in the following order:
If the Board has one or more Sub-Managers, the Sub-Manager who was appointed first;
If there is no Sub-Manager but there are Regular Members, the Regular Member who joined the Board first; or
If there are neither Sub-Managers nor Regular Members, the Company may close the Board. In such case, the closure of the Board and the handling of Posts shall be governed by Article 12.
3.
If a Manager voluntarily relinquishes the Manager role, the succession process shall begin immediately. Once a request to relinquish the Manager role has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn.

Article 12. Closure of a Board

1.
If a Manager is no longer able to continue operating the Board under the Manager's responsibility, the Manager may apply to close the Board. A grace period of seven (7) days shall commence upon submission of the application.
2.
A Manager may withdraw the closure application at any time during the grace period. If the grace period expires and the Board is closed, the Posts within the Board may be deleted or access to them may be restricted.
3.
The Company may close a Board without a Manager's application in any of the following circumstances:
The Manager has been inactive for a substantial period of time, or the Board is no longer being operated normally;
The purpose of the Board or the manner in which it is operated violates applicable laws, the Terms, or this Policy; or
The Company otherwise determines that closing the Board is necessary for the healthy operation of the Community.

Article 13. Prohibited Posts and Conduct

1.
In addition to the prohibited conduct set forth in Article 5 of the Terms, all Members, including Managers and Sub-Managers, shall not create any Post or engage in any of the following conduct:
Posting content prohibited by applicable laws, including obscene material or material involving sexual exploitation;
Defaming, insulting, harassing, or otherwise infringing upon the rights of another person;
Posting another person's personal information without that person's prior consent;
Promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against a specific individual or group;
Posting content that infringes upon another person's intellectual property rights, including copyrights;
Repeatedly posting the same or substantially similar content, including spamming or flooding;
Posting commercial advertisements, promotional content, or spam, except as expressly permitted by the Company; or
Otherwise violating applicable laws, the Terms, this Policy, or any other applicable policies of the Company.

Article 14. Reports and Measures

1.
If a Member discovers any Post or other content that violates applicable laws, the Terms, or this Policy, the Member may report it to the Company. The Company shall be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and handling such reports.
2.
Upon reviewing a report, the Company may take any measures it deems necessary, including deleting or hiding Posts or restricting a Member's use of the Community or the Service.
3.
A Member whose rights or interests have been adversely affected by a measure taken by a Manager or Sub-Manager may file an objection through the Company's Customer Support. The Company shall review the objection and determine whether to maintain, modify, or revoke the relevant measure.

Article 15. Sanctions

1.
If a Member violates applicable laws, the Terms, or this Policy, the Company may impose sanctions commensurate with the nature and severity of the violation, including deleting Posts, issuing warnings, restricting the Member's use of a Board, restricting the Member's use of the Community, or restricting the Member's use of the Service.
2.
If a Manager or Sub-Manager violates this Policy, the Company may revoke the Manager's or Sub-Manager's authority or remove the Manager or Sub-Manager from the role without prior notice. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the Company may also impose additional sanctions in accordance with the Terms.

Article 16. Amendments to the Policy

1.
The Company may amend this Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, or the Service.
2.
If this Policy is amended, the Company shall provide notice within the Community at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the amendment. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to Members or constitutes a material change, the Company shall provide notice at least thirty (30) days before the effective date.

This Policy shall take effect on July 27, 2026.
